Diesel Giveaway Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Belmont Timber @ Fagg’s Group, ABN: 13 130 782 802, located at 154–178 Barwon Heads Road, Belmont VIC 3216.

2. Promotion Period

Offer valid from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, or until the allocated fuel prize pool is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility

Offer is open to current Fagg’s Group account holders only.

Open to customers aged 18 years and over.

Offer applies to in-store purchases only at Belmont Timber @ Fagg’s Group.

Not available to employees of Fagg’s Group or their immediate family members.

4. How to Enter

Customers who spend $300 or more (including GST) on eligible hardware products in a single transaction during the promotion period are eligible to enter the weekly draw. Only hardware department purchases contribute toward the minimum spend threshold.

Timber purchases are excluded from the spend threshold.

To enter, customers must submit their entry electronically, providing their full name, contact details, and valid receipt number via [designated entry platform/form/link – e.g., QR code or URL provided at time of purchase].

Entry must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on the Sunday of each draw week to be included.

Limit of one entry per customer for the duration of the promotion, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions.

5. Prize Details

One winner will be drawn each week throughout the promotion.

Each winner will receive up to 50 litres of diesel fuel, redeemable onsite at the Belmont Timber fuel bowser.

Fuel must be collected within 7 days of notification of the win.

Fuel is to be dispensed directly into a registered vehicle.

6. Exclusions

The following items are excluded from the qualifying spend:

Freight, delivery, or handling fees

Returned or refunded items post-purchase

7. Returns and Refunds

If goods are returned and the refund reduces the original qualifying purchase below $300, the entry will be void and any unclaimed prize may be forfeited.

8. General Conditions

Winners will be notified via phone or email using the contact details provided at time of entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to collect the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and re-awarded at the promoter’s discretion.

Fuel redemptions are subject to availability and must follow all safety and environmental regulations.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable.

Offer available while fuel stock lasts.
