Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Fagg’s Group Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
   • Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over.
   • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   • Customers must be an existing Fagg’s Group Pty Ltd debtor account holder.
3. Competition Period
   • The competition opens on Monday, 3rd November 2025 and closes on Sunday, 30 November 2025 (“Competition Period”).
   • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
   • To enter, debtor account customers must spend $1,000 or more in a single transaction on any James Hardie product at any participating Fagg’s Group Pty Ltd store during the Competition Period.
   • Each qualifying transaction equals one entry into the draw & must be submitted via the website www.faggs.com.au/tradepromo.
   • Details requested must be provided. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
   • Unlimited entries available in the competition period if criteria are met.
   • Entrants must retain their proof of purchase as verification.
5. Prize
   • The prize is a $5,000 Travel Voucher for the Geelong, Surf Coast & Bellarine regions & a $5000 Travel Voucher for the Ballarat & Bacchus Marsh regions.
   • Total prize pool value: $10,000.
   • The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
   • Voucher terms and conditions (as set by the travel provider) will apply.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   • The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 1 December 2025 at Fagg’s Mitre 10. 1-9 Barwon Terrace, South Geelong Vic 3220.
   • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
   • If the prize is unclaimed after 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Verification
   • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase, age, and identity prior to awarding the prize.
   • Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
8. General Conditions
   • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
   • By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
9. Privacy
   • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
